The Creed — the CREED Code of Ethics
- Client first. I place my client's lawful interests above my own in every transaction, and I never let my commission decide my counsel.
- The truth, always. I represent properties, numbers, and market conditions honestly. I do not exaggerate, omit, or shade material facts — to clients, to other parties, or to other brokers.
- Full disclosure. I disclose every conflict of interest, every dual-representation situation, and every material fact I am required and permitted to disclose — before it matters, not after.
- Confidences kept. I protect my client's confidential information during and after the engagement.
- Competence, maintained. I work within my expertise, keep learning, and bring in specialists when a client's needs exceed what I know or what I'm licensed for legally.
- Fair dealing. I treat all parties — principals, tenants, cooperating brokers, lenders, and vendors — honestly and professionally, even the ones across the table.
- Equal treatment of all. I serve every client and treat every party with the same professionalism and respect — without regard to race, color, religion, ethnicity, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, familial status, veteran status, or source of income. Discrimination has no place in my practice.
- The law is the floor. I meet every licensing, disclosure, fair-dealing, and anti-fraud obligation — and hold myself to a standard above mere compliance.
